1. Responsible for the planning of the company's human resources work, establishing and implementing personnel procedures or regulations such as recruitment, training, attendance, labor discipline, etc.;
2. Responsible for formulating and perfecting the company's job structure, coordinating the effective development and utilization of manpower by various departments of the company, and meeting the company's management needs;
