China is a country of vast territory. Many regions in China are still freezing in Spring. Considering this, we give you the following instructions about how to normally operate sprayers and what factors worth our attention.

The design intention is to use the equipment in freezing environment in northern areas, with every high initial velocity (the initially designed nozzle pressure is 10-20Kg/cm²) of sprays and less than 0.6 seconds of hang time. Since the sprayed water generally has an initial temperature above 5°C, it is physically impossible to condense into snowflakes before falling on the ground. When the operation is over, all the water pipes, valves and nozzles will be vacuumed and an antifreeze treatment will be conducted for them to make sure they operate normally in winter.

An overhead long-range air-blowing sprayer atomizes water into water spray in a diameter of 50 to 200 microns under high pressure by using the principle of air blowing. The sprayer blows water spray far away under the action of its own fan. The dust particulates come into contact with the sprayed water particulates and become wet, and sink under the action of gravity, so as to achieve the purpose of dust suppression and removal.
