Based on an annual throughput of 230 million tons, the annual loss of coal calorific value will lead to a coal loss of 1.541 million tons and a monetary loss of about 700 million Yuan.
d. Reduce labor costs caused by coal pool cleaning. The use of the original water spray and dust suppression device requires a lot of manpower to clean the unloading pool of the dumper room. After the micron-level dry fog dust suppression device is used, there is no need to clean the coal pool frequently, which effectively reduces the labor cost caused by cleaning the coal pool.
